Ronda Rousey’s WrestleMania Match

Ronda Rousey has only had one WrestleMania match in her short WWE career, which could be why the WWE Universe has been hotly anticipating which woman would step up to the former UFC Champion in her first solo match at the biggest event of the year.

Ever since Survivor Series back in November, it’s been speculated that Becky Lynch would be the woman to finally step up to Rousey and that The Lasskicker could hand her that first defeat in a WWE ring, but that now might not be the case.

According to a report by Bryan Alvarez of The Wrestling Observer, the plan now is for Rousey to face Charlotte and Lynch in a triple threat match, with the singles match with Lynch set to take place ahead of their April showcase.

“As of today (plans subject to change) the WrestleMania match is Ronda vs Charlotte vs Becky in a three-way, but for those of you that want a Ronda Rousey/ Becky Lynch match it is still penciled in to take place before WrestleMania. So you’ll get both matches,” he said via Ringsidenews.

Huge WrestleMania Plans For The Elite

The Elite recently turned down WWE deals since they are now pushing All Elite Wrestling forward instead. It’s reported that the company was completely “mind-boggled” by the fact that they turned down high-level WWE deals that many found it hard to believe that they were being offered in the first place.

The deals were reportedly so good that WWE was confident that The Young Bucks would sign, so much so that they already had storyline plans for them which included a debut at the Royal Rumble.

Dave Meltzer of The Wrestling Observer went on to state that there was also a significant Rumble to WrestleMania storyline for both men but now that they have turned down the deal, this will never come into fruition.
