WWE SmackDown: Jey Uso and Cesaro Announce Their Entry in the 2021 Men’s Royal Rumble

Jey Uso has become “Main Event Jey Uso” over the past few months while his brother Jimmy Uso has been on the sidelines with a knee injury.

Uso has aligned himself with Roman Reigns over the past few months and after the Universal Champion’s match was announced last week, the former Tag Team Champion announced his place in the upcoming Royal Rumble.

Uso claimed that he would overcome the 29 men in the match and then go on to challenge for the WWE Championship over on Monday Night Raw, which is well within his ability if he’s the Rumble winner. Uso talked about The Bloodline running WWE which is what he wants to achieve at the Rumble.

This would also mean that Uso would skip having to challenge his own cousin at WrestleMania. Uso becomes the seventh man to announce his place in the match after Daniel Bryan, United States Champion Bobby Lashley, Mr. Money In The Bank The Miz, Otis, Randy Orton, and AJ Styles.

Cesaro later made his way to ringside during commentary while Shinsuke Nakamura was facing off against Jey Uso in the opening bout of SmackDown and announced his place in the Royal Rumble as well.
