<p>Otis attacked The Miz at the beginning of this week&#8217;s SmackDown and humiliated him when he stripped him down to his pants. </p>



<p>Soon after, Otis got served with a lawsuit and the paperwork stated that Otis had created an unsafe working environment among other things and that Miz and John Morrison were suing Mr. Money in the Bank. </p>

<p>Tucker then told his tag team partner that he needed to get himself a lawyer since the former Tag Team Champions wanted him to relinquish his Money in the Bank contract or they would take him to court. </p>

<p>Tucker went on to state that he had a week to make a decision which would be revealed next week on SmackDown.</p>



<p>It will be interesting to see if this is the way that WWE takes the Money in the Bank contract away from Otis since it looks unlikely that he will be able to cash in his contract any time soon. </p>
