<p>In recent weeks, The Miz has been drafted over to Monday Night Raw, but the A-Lister has managed to continue his storyline with Otis.</p>



<p>After coming between Otis and Mandy Rose and having his girlfriend moved over to Raw, Otis made it his mission to ruin The Miz. </p>



<p>This led to The Miz filing a lawsuit against Otis where he was hoping that he would be forced to hand him the Money in the Bank contract. </p>

<p>This week, Otis was forced to face the court which was Ron Simmons and JBL, where Miz put forth all of his evidence and it was clear that JBL was going to rule in Otis&#8217; favor. </p>



<p>After a cameo from Teddy Long, JBL was about to reveal that Otis acted well within his contractual requirements of a WWE superstar before The Miz handed him a briefcase full of money. </p>



<p>This led to JBL announcing that he was ruling in Miz&#8217;s favor and Otis would be forced to defend his Money in the Bank contract this weekend at Hell in a Cell against The A-Lister. </p>
