WWE Intercontinental Championship: AJ Styles (c) vs Drew Gulak

AJ Styles put a target on his back when he invited the entire SmackDown roster to witness his Intercontinental Championship celebration. The Phenomenal One went on to humiliate Daniel Bryan who he had defeated to capture the title, but a debuting Matt Riddle put Styles back in his place and scored a clean victory over the champion.

To date, Styles has had Bryan’s number but he’s never been able to best Drew Gulak. A few weeks ago, the proud mentor of The American Dragon had defeated The Phenomenal One to earn a shot at his title.

Tonight, Styles will defend his title against Gulak in a traditional singles match.

Can Gulak dethrone Styles and win his first singles title on the main roster?

Sheamus Toasts Jeff Hardy

Sheamus and Jeff Hardy’s intense personal rivalry saw The Fella picking up a victory over The Charismatic Enigma at WWE Backlash. However, both men aren’t quite done yet as the Irishman has something special in store for Hardy.

Tonight, Sheamus invites Hardy to join him in raising a glass to The Legend Thriller. The Celtic Warrior’s twisted celebration comes in response to Hardy’s passionate interview where the latter had promised to overcome his inner demons.

Matt Riddle steps in the ring for exclusive interview with Michael Cole

Following his impactful debut victory over AJ Styles, Matt Riddle will now focus on his immediate next goals on SmackDown. The Original Bro will sit down with Michael Cole to discuss his plans, tonight at the Performance Center.

Riddle blazed a trail in NXT and it’s likely that he is hell-bent on doing the same on The Blue Show.

What’s next for The King Of Bros on SmackDown?
