WWE SmackDown Preview, June 19: Bray Wyatt Returns With Firefly Fun House, AJ Styles Celebrates

Bray Wyatt returns with Firefly Fun House

Since failing to dethrone the Universal Champion Braun Strowman at Money In The Bank, Bray Wyatt hasn’t been seen on WWE television and neither has been The Fiend. However, Wyatt will finally end his silence and return with the “Firefly Fun House” tonight on SmackDown.

It’s true that Wyatt came short of winning the prestigious title, but it was his alter ego, The Fiend, who lost it in the first place. At Super ShowDown, the masked monster lost the Universal Title to Goldberg who was later dethroned by Strowman at WrestleMania 36.

What story will Wyatt tell when he returns to The Blue Show tonight? Will he and his alter ego have another go at Strowman’s Universal Championship?

AJ Styles rolls out the red carpet for Intercontinental Championship presentation

AJ Styles has been completely untouchable since switching over to SmackDown. The Phenomenal One outlasted a packed field to capture the Intercontinental Championship for the first time in his career.

While he didn’t defend at Backlash, Styles appeared on the PPV and invited the entire blue roster to witness his title coronation. Call it overconfidence or cockiness, but Styles has rightfully earned the gold.

Tonight, Styles will be at the Performance Center to roll out the red carpet for the presentation of his Intercontinental Championship.

Will The Phenomenal One’s arrogance lead to his sudden downfall? Or will the locker room bow down to their new champ?
