WWE Split Up Erick Rowan and Luke Harper Post Draft, Continue To Trade Free Agents

Despite the fact that WWE allowed five hours for their latest draft which took place over the two most recent episodes of SmackDown and Monday Night Raw, there were a number of stars who went undrafted as part of the show, who were then referred to as free agents.

The Bump reported earlier today that off-screen, WWE had decided to draft a number of stars to Raw and SmackDown and as part of these drafts, Erick Rowan and Luke Harper were split up, since Rowan was already moved over to Raw while Harper is now going to stay on SmackDown.

There were a number of other moves reported by The Bump including Cesaro, Mandy Rose, Sonya Deville, Drake Maverick and Dana Brooke all heading to SmackDown, while Peyton Royce, Billie Kay, Zack Ryder, Curt Hawkins, Mojo Rawley, Sarah Logan, and No Way Jose have all been moved over to Monday Night Raw.

Last night Triple H also confirmed that Alexa Bliss and Nikki Cross had been moved over to SmackDown as a team despite the fact that Bliss was drafted to SmackDown on Friday night, so it appears that this could have been another botch on WWE’s behalf.

This week’s episode of SmackDown will be the first time that WWE will present their newly formed rosters but even though the draft is now done for another year, there are many superstars who remain undrafted since they are currently not on WWE TV.

This includes Nia Jax, Authors of Pain, The Usos, Aiden English, Paige, Alicia Fox, Jeff Hardy, Maria Kanellis, Mickie James, Sheamus, Naomi, Lars Sullivan, Ruby Riott, Ember Moon, Matt Hardy, The Ascension, and The Colons.

It has been reported that The Usos and Naomi will return to WWE when creative has something for them, but there aren’t any other updates regarding any of the other stars who are listed.
