WWE Women’s Locker Room Shows Support For Their FIFA World Cup Teams In Exclusive Photoshoot

Last week couldn’t get any better for pro-wrestling fans all around the world. With fans getting excited for Money In The Bank (June 17, 2018), there was another thing that blew their excitement off the charts – The World Cup fever.

It appears that WWE Superstars have been gripped by the World Cup Fever too. The FIFA World Cup 2018 Russia kicked off on June 14, 2018 in a gala fashion and as of this writing, the world-class tournament is on its 5th day. The weekend proved to be a triple bonanza for fans: The FIFA World Cup, NXT TakeOver: Chicago and WWE Money In The Bank.

The Women’s Locker Room are flying their flag in support of their respective teams as they took part in a special World Cup photoshoot.

Wearing a torn Nike replica jersey, 2-time WWE Divas Champion and current General Manager of SmackDown Live Paige leads the way as she flies the flag for her native England.

The IIconics (Billie Kay & Peyton Royce) got behind Australia while “The Ravishing Russian” Lana showed her support for hosts Russia. “The Empress of Tomorrow” Asuka showed her love for Japan as she wore a Japan kit. Backstage interviewer Dasha Fuentes showed her support for Mexican colors as she posed in the official jersey of the Mexican football team. All the women involved in the photoshoot wore torn/ripped jerseys and raised the temperatures ahead of Money in The Bank.
