Xavier Woods is an outspoken individual, and along with his buddies Big E and Kofi Kingston, the trio has gradually become one of the greatest stables in WWE history. The future Hall of Famer has had some iconic battles in the ring with several quality teams, but still has one dream match left for the New Day.



On the latest episode of New Day&#8217;s Feel the Power podcast, Woods talked about his dream match with AEW&#8217;s Elite. Kenny Omega and The Young Bucks are immensely talented individuals and are currently one of the top teams on the Dynamite show.



Woods said that he would love to face off against the group, after crossing paths with them during a video gaming event last year. The New Day and The Elite went head-to-head in Street Fighter competition at E3, and Woods would love to replicate the matchup inside the squared circle.



Woods also mentioned NXT&#8217;s The Undisputed Era, led by Adam Cole, as one of his dream matches. New Day and The Undisputed Era competed against each other, but in a triple threat tag-team encounter also involving the eventual winners, Viking Raiders.



<blockquote class="wp-block-quote is-layout-flow wp-block-quote-is-layout-flow">“Obviously as a group we haven’t gone up against the Undisputed Era, so I would love that, but one that is more of a fantasy and probably won’t happen — I hope it does at some point — would be going up against [deep breath] The Elite, specifically Kenny and The Bucks.”</blockquote>

We were bringing wrestling worlds together. We were having companies collide and showing them that everyone could just have a good time. Wrestling should just be wrestling for the sake of people’s entertainment because that’s what we’re doing. That’s what this is all about.”</blockquote>



With The New Day recently signing long-term contract extensions with the company, and Omega along with the Bucks happily performing in AEW along with their EVP roles, it seems a far-fetched thought to see the two legendary factions collide with each other in the near future. 



However, pro wrestling is one of the most bizarre things in the Universe, and hence anything can happen!
