Former WWE Intercontinental Champion Zack Ryder suffered an injury during his match against Mike Bennett on WWE Main Event. Ryder, who has a history of knee injuries is set to miss the first-ever Greatest Royal Rumble event in Saudi Arabia on April 27, 2018.

The good news is that the doctors said nothing is completely torn and no surgery is required.

 

Eric Arndt, better known by his ring name, Enzo Amore, removed all his Instagram posts from his Instagram account last week following his release by WWE in January, 2018. The former WWE Cruiserweight Champion posted a new image that displays his Nike Air Jordans hanging from a phone line with the caption,

“I T ‘ S * B E E N * R E A L”

Amore was released by WWE after being accused of rape by Philomena Sheahan in January. Philomena, 19 claims having said “no countless times” and that the then-Champion had forced himself upon her.  Sheahan has since deleted her Twitter account since then.

 

Former WWE United States Champion Jinder Mahal took to Twitter after SmackDown Live went off the air on April 24, 2108. The Modern Day Maharaja sent a warning to the reigning United States Champion, Jeff Hardy ahead of their match at the Greatest Royal Rumble. Although Mahal did not appear on SmackDown live this week, he sent a masked Sunil Singh to take out Hardy’s knee from behind while Hardy was at the ringside watching Orton vs. Shelton Benjamin. The winner of Jinder Mahal vs. Jeff Hardy will face Randy Orton on May 6 at WWE Backlash with the US Title on the line.

 

Drew McIntyre took to Twitter in response to a WWE Tweet following his newly formed alliance with Dolph Ziggler. The duo calls their new team, “The Show”.
