<p>WWE stepped into UFC territory on Sunday night, as NXT Battleground took place from the UFC Apex in Las Vegas. The in-ring debut of Ethan Page and TNA Knockouts Champion Jordynne Grace&#8217;s title challenge were the biggest selling points for the event, along with several other high-profile title matches.</p>



<h2 class="wp-block-heading has-text-align-center">Ladder Match for NXT Women&#8217;s North American Championship<br>Kelani Jordan def. Sol Ruca, Lash Legend, Fallon Henley, Jaida Parker, &amp; Michin</h2>



<p>This was a chaotic battle to crown the inaugural champion, and towards the end, all the women teamed up to take out Legend. Post that, they started battling amongst themselves, and the last two remaining were Michin and Jordan.</p>

<p>Jordan took out Michin, scaled the ladder, and retrieved the title to become the inaugural champion.</p>



<h2 class="wp-block-heading has-text-align-center">NXT Tag Team Championship<br>Nathan Frazer and Axiom (c) def. The O.C</h2>



<p>The champions were too fast and furious for Gallows and Anderson, who donned a cocky persona after joining hands with AJ Styles on Smackdown. Axiom locked in a sleeper hold on Gallows, but he survived and teamed up with Anderson to hit a dropkick.</p>

<p>Anderson hit a top-rope cutter for another near fall. Axiom came back with a Spanish Fly on Anderson, followed by a Pheonix Splash by Frazer, and it was enough to see the champs through.</p>

<p>Several vignettes aired for Josh Briggs, Carlee Bright, and Dante Chen.</p>



<h2 class="wp-block-heading has-text-align-center">Underground Match<br>Lola Vice def. Shayna Baszler</h2>



<p>Vice looked to damage the knee of the former UFC star, while Baszler survived the onslaught and locked in multiple submission maneuvers. Vice planted Baszler into the steel steps and followed it up with multiple strikes inside the ring. The referee called a stop to the match and Vice reigned supreme.</p>

<h2 class="wp-block-heading has-text-align-center">NXT North American Championship<br>Oba Femi (c) def. Wes Lee &amp; Joe Coffey</h2>



<p>The challengers formed a temporary alliance to take down the champion, but Femi refused to back down. Femi used Lee as a weapon to attack Coffey, but Gallus interrupted and took out the champion.</p>



<p>Coffey hit a Glasgow Sendoff, only for Lee to kick out at two. Femi took out Wolfgang and Mark Coffeey, but Joe caught him with an All the Best for the Bells.</p>

<p>Lee delivered a Cardiac Kick, but Gallus made the save yet again. Lee took out the Gallus with a dive, but Femi caught him with a powerbomb. Femi followed it up with another one on Coffey to end the match and retain the title.</p>



<h2 class="wp-block-heading has-text-align-center">NXT Women&#8217;s Championship<br>Roxanne Perez (c) def. TNA Knockouts Champion Jordynne Grace</h2>



<p>Perez attempted cheap tactics to get the upper hand but Grace used her power to slam Perez onto the ring canvas. Perez delivered a dive and a Moonsault for a close near fall.</p>



<p>Tatum Paxley appeared, took Grace&#8217;s TNA Knockouts Title, and attempted to leave but TNA star Ash by Elegance (the former Dana Brooke) stopped her and grabbed the title. Grace took out both the women and hit a Death Valley Driver on Perez.</p>

<p>She stepped back in the ring and went for the Juggernaut Driver, but Perez countered it into the Pop Rox to win the match.</p>



<h2 class="wp-block-heading has-text-align-center">NXT Championship<br>Trick Williams (c) def. Ethan Page</h2>



<p>The All-Ego had the upper hand in the start, taking down Williams with multiple slams. Williams found an opening, but Page quickly shut him down and sent him through the announce table.</p>

<p>Page followed it up with a Razor&#8217;s Edge for a near fall. Page got in the face of the ring official, and the distraction allowed Williams to hit the Trick Shot for the win and retain the title.</p>
