<p class="wp-block-paragraph">The number one ranking in AEW went to Page after he defeated Caster with the Buckshot Lariat. There were numerous interruptions during the match by Caster&#8217;s tag-team partner Anthony Bowens, but Page stood tall. </p>



<p class="wp-block-paragraph">Death Triangle were interviewed in the ring ahead of their match Tag Team Championship match next week against Young Bucks. Best Friends interrupted them and reminded them of their attacks earlier. The two teams landed some verbal jabs to end the segment. </p>



<p class="wp-block-paragraph"><strong>Backstage:</strong> Mike Tyson was seen conversing with Jacksonville Jaguars coach Urban Meyer.</p>



<h2 class="wp-block-heading">Inner Circle Announces Blood and Guts Match</h2>

<p class="wp-block-paragraph">Chris Jericho and Inner Circle entered the ring, with Jericho dissing MJF and the rest of the Pinnacle. He later announced that the Inner Circle will take on the Pinnacle in a Blood and Guts match on May 5th.</p>



<p class="wp-block-paragraph"><strong>Backstage:</strong> Christian Cage&#8217;s interview about his return to the ring was interrupted by Taz who offered him a chance to join Team Taz. Cage didn&#8217;t respond, and Taz gave him time to think it over. </p>

<p class="wp-block-paragraph">Jungle Boy and Luchasaurus picked up an easy win over the Bear Country after Luchasaurus hit a chokeslam, followed by a standing moonsault on Boulder for the three-count.</p>



<p class="wp-block-paragraph"><strong>Promo:</strong> QT Marshall cut a promo at the Nightmare Family training facility, as the members of the new faction introduced themselves. They called themselves the Nightmare Factory and threw paint over the Nightmare Family logo. </p>

<p class="wp-block-paragraph">String walked out for an interview but was interrupted by Jake Roberts. Roberts said people are tired of seeing Sting come out and get interrupted every week. Lance Archer came out and demanded to be in the main event. Sting took the mic and said Archer deserves to be in the main event, and Roberts should help him get there, before leaving. </p>



<p class="wp-block-paragraph">Taz asked his team to stop fighting among themselves, and focus on bringing Christian to the team. </p>

<p class="wp-block-paragraph">Sting chased off Ryan Nemeth, who tried to distract Allin at the start of the match. Cezar Bononi also tried to interfere but Allin ended up retaining the title after hitting the Coffin Drop. </p>



<p class="wp-block-paragraph">After the match, The Hardy Family attacked Allin, but Dark Order and Sting made the save. The heels retreated, except Bunny, who was attacked by Tay Conti.</p>

<p class="wp-block-paragraph">Jericho&#8217;s backstage interview was cut short by The Pinnacle who attacked him and took him to the ring. Inner Circle was locked inside a room, as Jericho got brutalized by the heels. Mike Tyson ran out to help and beat up Shawn Spears before the Inner Circle finally made their way to the ring. Jericho and Tyson shook hands to end the segment. </p>



<p class="wp-block-paragraph"><strong>Backstage:</strong> Britt Baker demanded a title match for herself despite being 4th, and said she will rack up wins on all shows to climb the ladder. </p>

<p class="wp-block-paragraph">Both the women came out with their respective teams, with Hikaru Shida cheering at ringside for Conti. A distraction from Matt Hardy almost got Bunny the win, but soon a brawl broke out at ringside. Shida took away a kendo stick from Bunny, leading to Conti delivering a superplex and DD-Tay for the pinfall. </p>

<p class="wp-block-paragraph">The two teams produced a great encounter, with Matt Jackson consistently refusing to hit his good friend Kenny Omega. Moxley locked in the rear-naked choke on Omega but got superkicked in the face by Young Bucks. Eddie Kingston ran out to help Moxley but Good Brothers hit the Magic Killer on him. They hit a magic killer on Moxley, and Omega pinned him for the win. </p>



<p class="wp-block-paragraph">After the match, Young Bucks hit Moxley again and hugged it out with the heels to end the show. </p>
