With NXT right on their heels in the Wednesday Night Wars, All Elite Wrestling presented an action-packed episode of Dynamite from Indianapolis, Indiana.

Fenix def. Nick Jackson: The two superstars better renowned for their tag-team work in AEW contested in the first match of the night. Both the superstars brought their popular high-flying offense to the fore, and the crowd loved every bit of it! Fenix eventually won the matchup with a superkick/musclerbuster combination.

Post-match, Nick Jackson offered a handshake, which Fenix ignored, much to the dissent of those in attendance.

Hikaru Shida def. Britt Baker: The top two women on the roster wrestled to possibly determine the next contender for Riho‘s AEW Women’s Championship. Shida won the matchup with a running knee strike.

The Dark Order persuaded a guy on the subway to join their side. They cut a creepy promo and said: “join us or else we will find you.”

Dynamite Dozen Battle Royal: Participants – Adam Page, Chuck Taylor, Orange Cassidy, Kip Sabian, Jimmy Havoc, Jungleboy, Marko Stunt, Pentagon Jr., Sonny Kiss, Joey Janela, MJF, and Billy Gunn.

Most of the mid-card of the men’s roster participated in the battle royal, with the final two participants competing in a singles match next week, and the winner of that matchup would receive a ‘diamond ring’.

Pentagon Jr was eliminated after Christopher Daniels distracted him. Jimmy Havoc was eliminated after using a staple gun on the other participants. Billy Gunn rolled back the clock with a Fameasser on MJF.

MJF took out Gunn with some help from Wardlow. Jungle Boy took out Kip Sabian and was taken out by MJF, who was hiding under the ring. Page and MJF are the two finalists and will compete in a singles match next week.

Chris Jericho made his way out with Jake Hager for the all-important announcement. He apologized to the fans for the ruckus he created last week, with Hager saying sorry on Jericho’s behalf.

Jericho announced a Chris Jericho Thanksgiving Thank You Celebration for next week before he was interrupted by SCU. Scorpio Sky talked about how he handed Jericho his first loss in AEW. Both the individuals exchanged words before Jericho made a title match for next week in Chicago.

A major brawl started in the ring, as the rest of the Inner Circle made their entrance. Brandon Cutler and Michael Nakazawa tried to help out the Tag Champs but were taken out. The Jungle Express cleared house as Luchasaurus stood tall to end the segment.

Luchasaurus def. Peter Avalon: The big-man made his return to the ring with a quick victory over the Librarian.

Private Party def. Santana & Ortiz: Private Party got a win over the Inner Circle thugs after Nick Jackson distracted Santana, who was about to pick up the slapjack. Quen and Cassidy hit the Gin and Juice for the win.

Post-match, Dustin Rhodes helped out the Private Party fend off Santana, Ortiz and Sammy Guevara.

Kenny Omega cut a promo and talked about exacting revenge next week when he takes on PAC in a rematch from AEW All Out. Omega said he’ll come back stronger after a string of defeats.

Jon Moxley def. Darby Allin: The main event of the night saw Moxley take on Allin in an exciting matchup after Allin accepted the open challenge laid down by Moxley last week. Both the superstars produced a fantastic match before Moxley won with the Paradigm Shift from the second rope.
