The final episode before the special ‘Dynamite – Winter is Coming’ took place this week from Daily’s Place.

Hangman Page def. John Silver

The muscle of Dark Order took on the former Tag Team Champion but ended up on the losing side after taking a Buckshot Lariat from Page. Post-match, Evil Uno and the rest of the Dark Order appeared and offered Page a spot in their team once again.

Backstage: Kenny Omega said The Cleaner has returned and wanted Moxley to leave the garbage wrestling at home. He dissed Moxley’s father after the champion’s promo last week in which he talked about his father.

Darby Allin wrote Taz’s catchphrase on a car and burned it down, posing with his TNT Championship.

Powerhouse Hobbs def. Lee Johnson

Debuting his new look and gimmick, Hobbs squashed Johnson and took the win after hitting a powerslam.

Post-match, a frustrated Taz entered the ring and vented about AEW not giving recognition for the FTW title on their show. His mic was cut several times before Cody entered and the duo exchanged words. A comment about Taz’s son led to Taz choking Cody until the members of the Nightmare Family made the save.

Backstage: Eddie Kingston felt bad that Penta left him for PAC, and said they’ll take down the trio soon. Jon Moxley appeared and Kingston said it wasn’t him who ambushed Moxley last week.

The Hybrid 2 def. Top Flight

The young upstarts took on their attackers from last week, but despite valiant performances, ended up short. The finish saw Dante tap out to the heel hook. Post-match, Angelico and Jake Evans continued to beat them up until Young Bucks made the save.

Backstage: Vicke Guerrero talked about nepotism in Women’s Division, with stars like Nyla Rose and Jade Cargill having to fend for their own in the roster.

FTR spoke about their loss against Young Bucks at Full Gear. They said that Young Bucks aren’t the best in the world despite their win, and they will reclaim the titles soon.

Chris Jericho and Jake Hager def. Christopher Daniels and Frankie Kazarian

The Inner Circle had a big part to play at ringside, as several interferences helped Jericho and Hager pick up the win. MJF hit Daniels with his Diamond Ring, followed by Jericho’s Judas Effect, as Hager pinned him down to win the match.

Post-match, The Inner Circle looked to inflict more damage but retreated after Scorpio Sky headed out with a chair.

Backstage: Miro and Kip Sabian introduced their new gaming show, but Orange Cassidy turned off their console. Best Friends attacked the heels out of nowhere and the two teams brawled backstage.

Contract Signing for AEW Word Title

Tony Schiavone hosted the contract signing for the AEW World Title after Moxley didn’t show up last week. Kenny Omega’s entrance was hijacked by Moxley, who beat him up all the way to the ring, trash-talked the challenger, and signed the contract.

Backstage: MJF was frustrated after Frankie Kazarain punched him earlier. Jericho said he’ll take on Kazarian for the first time ever next week.

AEW Women’s Championship | Hikaru Shida(c) def. Anna Jay

A few members of the Dark Order stood at ringside as Jay challenged the champion. Despite using a kendo stick on Shida, Jay couldn’t topple her and ended up on the losing side after a running knee.

Post-match, Abadon returned and scared the living hell out of Shida. She licked the title with her bloody mouth, announcing her intentions for the title.

Backstage: Matt Hardy encouraged fans to keep on fighting the horrible year of 2020, and take Hardy’s life as an example of how to battle their problems.

Team Taz felt sad about Taz’s earlier issues and felt that Cody’s ego is hurting AEW. Starks hyped the tag-match for next week between Hobbs/Starks and Allin/Cody.

The Butcher and The Blade def. PAC and Rey Fenix

The main event saw the heels pick up the win after interference from Kingston and The Bunny helped them to hit their powerbomb-cutter finish for the win.

Post-match, the heels continued to beat up PAC, until Lance Archer made the save. Kingston trash-talked Archer for several weeks, which led to Archer hunting him down. The two teams continued their brawl to end the show.
