Here are your WWE SmackDown Results from July 24, 2020. This week’s episode featured a Bar Fight between Sheamus and Jeff Hardy, Miz TV with Naomi as the guest, and more.

The show opened up with Sasha Banks and Bayley who boasted about Bayley’s win at Extreme Rules. Nikki Cross and Alexa Bliss interrupted, and Bayley promised to give Cross another chance if she beat Bliss in a singles match.

Nikki Cross def. Alexa Bliss:
Despite both the stars being hesitant to face each other, they had a long match with Cross picking up the victory.

Backstage, the duo had some awkward moments but eventually hugged it out as Cross promised to dethrone Bayley next week.

Bray Wyatt’s latest Firefly Fun House saw him talking to his head lantern. Wyatt joked about Strowman being down in the Swamp, and now ‘HE’ has been unleashed. Flashes of The Fiend were seen, as Wyatt laughed and waved goodbye.

Matt Riddle def. Tony Nese:
Riddle picked up an easy win over the former Cruiserweight Champion in dominant fashion, hitting the Bro Derek for the win.

Post-match, Riddle called out King Corbin. The duo exchanged words, with Corbin putting out a ‘King’s Ransom’ to whoever takes out Riddle.

Miz and Morrison brought up the recent #NaomiDeservesBetter trend and joked about having their own trend on Twitter.

The latest episode of Miz TV saw Naomi as the guest, as the former Tag Champs grilled Naomi on her losses. Lacey Evans interrupted and kept up the taunts before Naomi attacked her and danced to end the segment.

Kofi Kingston revealed that he will be out for six weeks, and insisted that Big E embark on a singles journey.

Gran Metalik def. Lince Dorado, Drew Gulak and Shorty G: In a fantastic showcase of the underutilized talents, Metalik picked up the win and the opportunity to challenge AJ Styles for the Intercontinental Championship next week.

Post-match, Metalik attacked Styles, as he and Dorado stood tall to end the segment.

Cesaro and Nakamura played down Big E’s singles chances and said they will continue to dominate the Tag Division in the months to come.

Bar Fight | Jeff Hardy def. Cesaro:
Jeff Hardy battled his demons as the duo faced off inside a Bar in Orlando, FL. Sheamus put a hat on Jeff’s face, who was on the floor after taking a beating, and downed a beer. However, after removing the hat, a different Hardy emerged with new face paint resembling Brother Nero. Hardy delivered a Swanton from top of the ladder to win the match.
