The SummerSlam go-home episode of WWE Raw featured the return of Rey Mysterio, Shawn Michaels, more Raw Underground matches and more. This may also be the final Raw we see take place at the Performance Center.

WWE has confirmed that future tapings will take place at WWE Thunderdome which is what they are calling the Amway Center at Orlando, Florida.

WWE Raw Results:

Drew McIntyre opened the show as he condemned Randy Orton’s vicious attack on Ric Flair last week. The WWE Champion said he will take revenge for everyone the Viper has hurt, at SummerSlam this Sunday.

Backstage, Retribution was seen attacking people and breaking stuff once again. Drew McIntyre rallied a group of superstars backstage to fight against the infiltrators before Seth Rollins appeared and the duo exchanged words.

The Hurt Business hit the ring as MVP talked about Retribution’s attacks and said Apollo Crews and his ‘catering’ gang are behind the group. Crews entered and took offense to that statement and said if he defeats Shelton Benjamin, he and Lashley are banned from ringside at SummerSlam.

Apollo Crews def. Shelton Benjamin:
A distraction from R-Truth and Akira Tozawa’s ninjas was enough for Crews to drop Benjamin for a quick victory.

Post-match, Lashley and MVP hit the ring but Cedric Alexander, Ricochet and Mustafa Ali made the save. Benjamin pinned R-Truth to win the 24/7 title as MVP challenged Crews to a six-man tag match.

Angel Garza and Ivar tried flirting with Demi Burnett of The Bachelor, before things got heated between the two.

Angel Garza def. Ivar:
Garza picked up the win as some assist from Andrade and Zelina Vega helped him to hit a dropkick for the win.

Backstage, Angelo Dawkins promised to uncover some interesting footage. A recording of Vega poisoning Montez Ford’s red cup is seen before Ford returned and attacked Andrade and Garza.

Natalya def. Mickie James:
James’ return to in-ring action didn’t end up in a win as Natalya picked up the win following a count-out. Seth Rollins and Samoa Joe exchanged verbal jabs during the match.

Shayna Baszler and Asuka def. The Golden Role Models:
Banks and Bayley dissed Asuka before the match, with Bayley agreeing to face her first at SummerSlam. Asuka and Baszler picked up the win after Baszler made Bayley to tap out with the Kirfuda Clutch.

Backstage, Crews picked Ali and Ricochet for the six-man tag match, which made Cedric upset. The trio asked him to take rest after he was locked in the Full Nelson by Lashley earlier in the night.

Shawn Michaels walked up to Drew McIntyre and asked him to keep his anger in check, as he needs to face Orton with a stable mind.

The IIconics continued mocking Ruby Riott and Liv Morgan, as the camera cut to show the Horsewomen (Jessamyn Duke, Marina Shafir and Shayna Baszler)

Peyton Royce def. Ruby Riott:
Royce pushed Riott into Morgan and hit the Deja Vu to pick up yet another victory over Riott.

Raw Underground: Eric of Viking Raiders defeated an enhancement talent before Dolph Ziggler put him down with a Sleeper Hold. Ivar attacked Ziggler as Shane McMahon called it off.

Rey Mysterio returned to RAW with his son Dominik and expressed guilt over not being there for his son when he was attacked last week. Mysterio said he will be in Dominik’s corner at SummerSlam before Rollins and Murphy interrupted. Dominik brought in kendo sticks and the father-son duo attacked the heels, before they retreated.

MVP tried to recruit Cedric Alexander once again, who was frustrated after being left out by Crews for the six-man tag team matchup.

The Hurt Business vs Apollo Crews, Ricochet and Mustafa Ali:
Ricochet and Ali were quickly eliminated as Crews was left to fend off 3-on-1 odds. He took down Benjamin and MVP, but Lashley proved too much for him as the All-Mighty hit the spear for the win.

Cedric Alexander captured the 24/7 title after rolling up Benjamin during the match.

WWE 24/7 Championship Match | Cedric Alexander(c) def. Akira Tozawa:
Alexander retained his title with the Lumbar Check as The Hurt Business looked on from ringside.

Raw Underground: Shane McMahon introduced Marina Shafir who ruthlessly attacked a local talent and made her submit. Nia Jax appeared and dropped Shafir and Duke as Baszler challenged her to a fight. Jax turned it down and walked away.

Montez Ford def. Andrade:
Bianca Belair and Vega got in a tussle at ringside which allowed Ford to quickly roll up Andrade for the win in his return match.

Shawn Michaels talked about Ric Flair’s greatness before Orton appeared out of nowhere and dropped him with an RKO and a Punt Kick. McIntyre made the save and the duo brawled before Orton hit another RKO on the WWE Champion to end the show.
