Here are WWE Monday Night Raw results from June 22, 2020. This week’s Raw featured multiple title defenses, new match announcements for Extreme Rules and more.

WWE Raw Results:

WWE Champion Drew McIntyre opened the show and addressed his title defense from last week. He was interrupted by Dolph Ziggler, who announced his arrival from SmackDown. Ziggler brought up his history with McIntyre and challenged him to a match at Extreme Rules.

Nia Jax taunted Charlotte Flair and said she would be nothing without her dad. Jax and Flair got involved in a brawl and the referees had to break them up.

RAW Tag Team Championships | Street Profits(c) def. Viking Raiders:
The two teams finally got in the ring and the fun matchup saw Montez Ford hit a beautiful Frog Splash on Ivar for the pin.

Post-match, the champs were attacked by Andrade and Angel Garza, and Viking Raiders made the save for the faces.

Seth Rollins cut the same promo he cuts every week and talked about Rey Mysterio having to make a sacrifice. He said Mysterio and his son have wrath coming for them, and Mysterio is responsible for it.

Charlotte Flair was seen nursing her injured arm but refused to postpone her title match against Asuka.

Backstage, Zelina Vega said that her clients are a united front now, and both Andrade and Garza will work together to become the next tag team champions.

RAW Women’s Championship | Asuka(c) def. Charlotte Flair:
A fantastic match saw Asuka make Flair tap out to the Asuka Lock, which was the first time Flair has tapped in two years.

A pre-recorded promo featuring Edge saw him bring out his psychotic avatar and vowed to exact revenge for Orton’s actions at Backlash. Edge promised the return of the “Rated R Superstar”.

Randy Orton was furious after the promo, and said the snake will bite the head off the individual who threatened him. Orton hoped Edge and Christian will stay away from him for their own good.

Nia Jax attacked Charlotte Flair who was nursing her injured arm. Jax taunted Flair with a ‘Woo’ before leaving the scene.

24/7 Title Match | Akira Tozawa def. R-Truth:
Before the match started, Truth was destroyed by Bobby Lashley, and Tozawa took advantage to win the title.

Natalya def. Liv Morgan:
With some help from her new friend Lana, Natalya made Morgan tap out to the iconic Sharpshooter.

Ric Flair entered the ring and announced Randy Orton as the greatest wrestler in the world. Orton and Flair talked about their Evolution days but they were interrupted by the Big Show.

The furious giant condemned Orton’s actions but Orton tried to cool things down. Orton silently left the ring, not before staring each other down.

WWE Women’s Tag Team Championship Match | Sasha Banks and Bayley(c) def. The IIconics:
The champs continued their strong run after Sasha Banks made Peyton Royce tap out to the Banks statement.

Post-match, Banks cut a promo where it appeared that she was going to challenge Bayley’s title, but instead, The Boss challenged Asuka for the RAW Women’s title. Asuka accepted the challenge but the champion was double teamed by the tag champs in the ring.

MVP introduced Apollo Crews for the MVP Lounge and pressured him to join his team. Crews vehemently refused and said he’s been dealing with people like MVP all his life. Shelton Benjamin attacked Crews out of nowhere.

Apollo Crews def. Shelton Benjamin:
Crews picked up a win in this non-title match but he was attacked by Lashley post-match.

Rey Mysterio and Dominick cut a promo inside the ring before they were interrupted by Seth Rollins and his disciples. Humberto Carillo and Aleister Black attacked them out of nowhere, to even the odds, and Mysterio delivered a 619 to Rollins inside the ring.
