Their WarGames opponents and Matt Riddle got in the ring and talked about how they destroyed the Undisputed Era at WarGames. Ciampa said there is no one between Cole and him before he was interrupted by Finn Balor. Balor vs. Ciampa was set for later in the night.

NXT Tag Team Championship | The Undisputed Era def. Keith Lee & Dominik Dijakovic: The two big men took on the tag-team champions in the opening match of the night, as the North American Champion Roderick Strong stepped in the injured Bobby Fish’s place, courtesy of the Freebird rule. TUE retained after Cole provided a distraction.

Backstage: Candice LeRae talked about Dakota Kai‘s shocking heel turn at Takeover WarGames. LeRae promised to avenge Tegan Nox by defeating Kai in the ring later.

Mansoor def. Shane Thorne: Saudi Arabia’s only representative in WWE defeated Shane Thorne with a neck breaker in a quick matchup.

Candice LeRae def. Dakota Kai by DQ: Kai carried Nox’s knee brace to the ring and was greeted by a chorus of boos. Both the superstars produced a fantastic match, which ended in DQ after Kai hit LeRae with the knee brace. Kai tried to attack LeRae with a Steel Chair, but Rhea Ripley made the save to a loud applause.

Backstage: Ciampa praised Finn Balor but claimed himself to be responsible for NXT’s growth. He promised to take down the former Universal Champion in the main-event.

NXT Cruiserweight Championship Match | Lio Rush(c) def. Akira Tozawa: The RAW superstar fought for the Cruiserweight Championship for the second time in a week after losing to Rush in the pre-show of Survivor Series. Rush continued his dominant run after pinning Tozawa with the Final Hour in a great encounter.

Xia Li def. Vanessa Borne: The Chinese superstar took down Borne in a quick matchup before she was greeted by the Horsewomen led by NXT Women’s Champion Shayna Baszler. Baszler and co. trashed Li before Baszler talked about defeating Bayley and Becky Lynch at Survivor Series.

Baszler was interrupted by Rhea Ripley, who reminded her of the WarGames match, in which Baszler was pinned by Ripley. Ripley challenged Baszler for the championship and trash-talked her before Baszler backed off from the ring.

Finn Balor def. Tommaso Ciampa: The Prince took down Ciampa in a brilliant main-event after Cole hit Ciampa with a kick, allowing Balor to hit 1916 for the win. Cole and Balor posed over a laid-out Ciampa before Balor hit Cole with a Pele Kick and made his exit to end the show.
