<h2 class="wp-block-heading has-text-align-center">Women&#8217;s World Title Contract Signing</h2>



<p>The April 7 episode of WWE RAW kicked off with Adam Pearce, who was in the ring to address the Women&#8217;s World Championship situation. Iyo Sky was called out first, before Bianca Belair and Rhea Ripley.</p>



<p>Pearce then announced that he was righting the wrong by making it a triple threat match at WrestleMania. Belair signed the contract before throwing it at Ripley, and the two women then had a back-and-forth before pushing Iyo out of the way.</p>



<p>Iyo took offence to it, and it seemed as though she would leave before springboarding back into the ring and hitting Ripley from behind, knocking her into Bianca. Sky then signed the contract and walked away with her title.</p>

<p><strong>Backstage: </strong>Finn Balor and Dominik Mysterio talked about being added to the Intercontinental Championship match, and Balor claimed he was happy there were two people representing Judgment Day before belittling Dominik and claiming he couldn&#8217;t win at WrestleMania.</p>

<h2 class="wp-block-heading has-text-align-center">Women&#8217;s Intercontinental Championship Match<br>Lyra Valkyria (c) def. Bayley</h2>



<p>Bayley delivered a hard knee to the face to kick off the match, before counter after counter led to several near falls. Valkyria then took a rough bump on the back of her head from the top rope before being locked into a half crab.</p>



<p>Lyra got a near-fall from a Fisherman&#8217;s Suplex before Bayley locked in a Boston Crab. Bayley then went for the Roseplant, but Valkyria countered and used a Jackknife pin to win and retain the title.</p>

<p><strong>Backstage: </strong>AJ Styles was approached by Karrion Kross, who told him he had to win at WrestleMania. Styles wasn&#8217;t phased by him and set up a match for next week. </p>



<h2 class="wp-block-heading has-text-align-center">Creed Brothers &amp; El Grande Americano def. LWO </h2>



<p>Brutus Creed got the upper hand early on against the much smaller stars. Rey Mysterio was at ringside, and after El Grande Americano tagged into the match, he exchanged words before headbutting Mysterio with a metal plate in his mask, before then hitting Dragon Lee with a diving headbutt after he tried to remove his mask.</p>

<h2 class="wp-block-heading has-text-align-center">Gunther/Jey Uso Promo</h2>



<p>Jey Uso was seen for the first time since the attack on Jimmy Uso last week on RAW. He headed down to the ring to slap the microphone out of Gunther&#8217;s hand and then cut a promo about how he was forced to go home and tell his mother that he didn&#8217;t protect Jimmy. </p>



<p>He then told Gunther to kiss his wife and kid before WrestleMania because he&#8217;s praying for Gunther, but he&#8217;s scared of the man who is going to become at WrestleMania to defeat him.</p>

<p><strong>Backstage:</strong> Maxxine Dupri and Natalya were chatting ahead of their tag team match on SmackDown. Nattie claimed they were not ready for matches just yet, but Pearce told them they were getting thrown in at the deep end. Rey Mysterio then asked Pearce for a match against El Grande Americano at WrestleMania.</p>



<h2 class="wp-block-heading has-text-align-center">World Tag Team Championship Match<br>The New Day def. The War Raiders (c) via DQ</h2>



<p>The host of the Roast of WrestleMania, Tony Hinchcliffe, was on commentary for the match as The New Day cashed in their shot at a WrestleMania appearance. Xavier Woods tried to get a chair in the ring throughout the match as Kofi Kingston controlled the match for his team. </p>



<p>Woods and Ivar then had a spot with a chair where both men had hold of the chair, and as he tried to pull from him, the referee saw and disqualified The Raiders. </p>



<p>After the match, Kingston attacked Ivar with a chair to the back of the neck before attacking Erik and trying to hit The Midnight Hour on a chair, but they were stopped by officials.</p>

<h2 class="wp-block-heading has-text-align-center">Penta def. Dominik Mysterio</h2>



<p>Dominik had Carlito at ringside for the match as he looked to capitalize on the win over Penta last week on RAW. Carlito was there to pay dividends several times, but Penta took control of the match following a Handstand double footstomp in the corner.</p>



<p>Dominik then hit a Mexican Destroyer before delivering a 619, but Penta rolled him up for a near fall. Penta then hit The Sacrifice, followed by The Penta Driver, to pick up the win.</p>



<p>After the match, Dominik and Carlito attacked Penta, and Bron Breakker made the save, spearing Carlito at ringside before taking out Dominik and Penta with Spears in the ring. As Breakker posed in the ring, Finn Balor hit Breakker with a neckbreaker before posing with his title and avoiding a Spear of his own.</p>

<p><strong>Chad Gable Promo:</strong> Gable headed out to the ramp with American Made to apologize for not being able to wrestle in his hometown. Paul Heyman then walked out and looked disgusted at Gable before heading to the ring.</p>



<h2 class="wp-block-heading has-text-align-center">Paul Heyman Promo</h2>



<p>Paul Heyman claimed he would always be loyal to his Tribal Chief and would always be loyal to his best friend, CM Punk. Seth Rollins quickly interrupted and went on to ask where they were when Heyman was attacked by Solo Sikoa&#8217;s Bloodline.</p>



<p>Rollins then claimed that Punk didn&#8217;t take him with him when he left and wasn&#8217;t even the first choice in WarGames. Rollins then claimed he would take Heyman out of the situation, and no one would save him. Rollins then prodded and poked Heyman, asking him how much he was worth to CM Punk, before backing him into the corner, and Punk then made the save.</p>



<p>Punk and Rollins then brawled in the ring and through the Prime stand before Rollins was thrown into the steel steps. Rollins hit The Stomp on Punk in the ring, before going for one on Heyman, before missing and telling him that he owes him a favor.</p>
