WWE Raw Results – May 6, 2019

Here is a quick editorial-free WWE Raw results from May 6, 2019. A ‘wild card’ rule was introduced and a few WrestleMania rematches were made.

WWE Raw Results:

Opening Segment: Vince McMahon was interrupted by Roman Reigns, followed by Daniel Bryan Bryan and Kofi Kingston and later by Drew McIntyre. McMahon introduced a new ‘wild card’ rule where three members of SmackDown can appear on Raw and vice versa and WrestleMania rematches were made with Kofi Kingston vs Daniel Bryan and Drew McIntyre vs Roman Reigns.

Later in the segment, AJ Styles interrupted McMahon followed by WWE Universal Champion Seth Rollins. McMahon made a tag team match with Rollins and Styles vs Bobby Lashley and Baron Corbin.

Baron Corbin and Bobby Lashley defeated Seth Rollins and AJ Styles: AJ Styles walked out of the match after accidentally hitting Rollins with a Phenomenal Forearm. Corbin delivered End of Days to pin Rollins.

Sami Zayn Promo: Zayn started complaining again about the crowd and got interrupted by Braun Strowman who chased him to the backstage. Strowman threw Zayn in to a dumpster. A garbage truck was seem dumping the trash with Zayn inside.

Lucha House Party defeated some random jobbers

Ricochet defeated Robert Roode: After last week’s loss, Ricochet’s Money in the Bank ladder match spot was on the line but he managed to pin Roode with a 630 Senton.

Lacey Evans defeated a jobber: Evans sent hand written invitations to the Raw Women’s Money in the Bank participants Naomi, Natalya, Dana Brooke and Alexa Bliss, to be at ringside for her match. Evans defeated Ally Katrina with Women’s Right. Becky Lynch attacked Evans after the match.

The Viking Raiders defeated the Raw Tag Team Champions Zack Ryder and Curt Hawkins with a pop-up powerslam

Roman Reigns defeated Drew McIntyre via disqualification: Shane McMahon and Elias attacked Reigns causing the disqualification. The Miz came to the rescue with a chair but Reigns was left hanging when he chased off McMahon to the backstage. Elias and McIntyre continued the attack on Reigns while The Miz and McMahon brawled through the backstage area.

The Revival vs. The Good Brothers: The match did not happen as the Usos put “sweat activated Ucey Hot” on The Revival which apparently made their private parts burn. The situation became worse when The Revival poured water on their crotch.
