1. Big Show Scheduled To Be On Raw?

The Big Show is definitely nearing the end of his WWE career at present, but The World’s Largest Athlete still looks to be pushing for that one final match. The former World Champion was the surprise partner of Kevin Owens and Samoa Joe a few weeks ago, but after gaining the upperhand over Seth Rollins and The AOP, Big Show hasn’t been seen for a number of weeks.

It’s unclear why Big Show is returning next week on RAW, but PWInsider is reporting that he will be in attendance at The Angel of The Winds Arena in Everett, Washington.

2. John Cena’s WrestleMania Opponent Already Decided?

John Cena announced late last week that he was free the week of WrestleMania 36 and wanted to be part of the show, speculation has been rife regarding Cena over the past few days regarding his WrestleMania status but according to a report by The Wrestling Observer, Cena’s match for WrestleMania is already “locked in.”

WrestleVotes speculated earlier in the week that Cena vs Goldberg could be the option that the company is looking at or even The Fiend vs Cena with that record-breaking 17th World Championship on the line.

3. Matt Hardy’s WWE Future

Matt Hardy surprisingly became part of the feud between Edge and Randy Orton last week on RAW, which led to Orton hitting him with a Conchairto which many believed would be his last action in a WWE ring. It was recently announced that Matt Hardy would be on RAW this coming week and The Observer noted that this was a change of plans since their segment did good ratings and because WWE doesn’t have a lot of wrestlers at their disposal at present.

4. Andrade Set To Drop The United States Championship

Andrade was suspended from WWE last month for 30 days after violating WWE’s Wellness Policy for the first time, and interestingly he was able to take the United States Championship with him while on hiatus.

Sports Illustrated’s Justin Barrasso recently revealed that Andrade’s days as Champion could be numbered upon his return and that his WrestleMania match against Rey Mysterio now looks uncertain.

“From everything I have been told by contacts within WWE, the recently suspended Andrade’s days as the United States champion are numbered. (His 30-day wellness policy suspension expires on Feb. 27.) A hair vs. mask match against Rey Mysterio would have been special, but the more pressing question is whether he will even make it to WrestleMania as the United States champion.”

5. Becky Lynch Taking Some Time Off Following WrestleMania?

Becky Lynch has dominated WWE’s Women’s Division for more than a year now, but it looks as though The Man could meet her match against Shayna Baszler at WrestleMania since there are rumblings from Tom Colohue of Sportskeeda that Lynch is looking to go on hiatus following WrestleMania so that she can marry current fiance Seth Rollins and the couple can then go on their honeymoon.

This means that it’s extremely likely that Lynch will be dropping the Raw Women’s Championship to Shayna at WrestleMania after holding it for the entire year.

6. Batista Already Looking For a Return To The Ring?

Batista has had a successful switch over to acting following his stint in WWE, but The Animal decided to retire from the business officially last year after he lost a No Holds Barred match to Triple H at WrestleMania 35. Batista has already been announced for the 2020 Hall of Fame but it appears that the former World Champion is now looking to make his return to the ring and be part of an upcoming Saudi Arabia show.

According to a report by WhatCulture, Batista could be set to make his return ahead of Super ShowDown at the end of the month.

As ever, wrestling fans are reminded that the above are just rumors and should not be taken at face value as facts.
