Ronda Rousey’s WWE Future

RAW Women’s Champion Ronda Rousey could be finishing up with WWE sooner than expected.

As reported by Wrestling Observer Newsletter, The Rowdy One could be finishing up with WWE at WrestleMania 35 and likely put Becky Lynch over more likely than Charlotte Flair in the process.

The former UFC Women’s Bantamweight Champion has always considered WWE as a temporary thing as she wants to raise a family with husband Travis Browne and reside on her farm in the long run – something she plans to do pretty soon.

Rousey technically suffered her first loss this week on Monday Night RAW although it was her partner Natalya who tapped out to Sasha Banks in tag team action. This could be a clear signal that WWE is trying to get an idea about how fans will react if Rousey actually gets defeated.

Royal Rumble Surprise Entrants

On PW Insider Elite audio, Mike Johnson revealed the names of some Superstars who could possibly enter the 30-Man Elimination Match this Sunday at Royal Rumble.

“In regards to talent there’s a lot of Superstars who are ready to come back to the ring. Erick Rowan was backstage at SmackDown last night. Luke Harper is expected back any time.”

“I am told Tye Dillinger will be back on the road with the company starting this weekend in Phoenix with the Rumble and the post-Rumble TVs so he could always come out as number 10 continuing on that thing that sort of deal that they’ve done the last couple of years.”

Matt Hardy says he’s ready to come back and he’s in great shape and the lightest he’s been in I think he said twenty years on Twitter.”

Bray Wyatt hasn’t been seen on television one would think with WrestleMania coming perhaps you could mix him in.”

Every year WWE has some jaw-dropping surprises up its sleeve and these names might just fit the bill on January 27.

IMPACT Stars Headed For WWE

PWInsider reports that two of IMPACT Wrestling’s biggest stars, Abyss and Sonjay Dutt are leaving the company. The entire roster was made aware of their departures in an official company email.

The belief is that both men are headed for WWE – while Impact Wrestling Hall Of Famer Abyss could reprise the role of modern-day Mick Foley, Dutt is speculated to be involved in opening a WWE Performance Center in India.

Elimination Chamber Spoiler

WWE Elimination Chamber will be taking place on February 17, 2019 at the Toyota Center, Houston, Texas, United States.

The first-ever Women’s Tag Team Elimination Chamber Match to crown the inaugural Women’s Tag Team Champions is the only match that has been officially announced as of now.

Sasha Banks and Bayley are the most favorites to win the titles with The Riott Squad coming off as strong contenders. Mandy Rose and Sonya Deville are also rumored to give tough competition although they aren’t anywhere near to winning the titles on that show.
