Shayna Baszler Set For RAW Call Up?

Shayna Baszler already has a reason to head to Monday Night RAW, since Becky Lynch attacked her to end Survivor Series back in November. Baszler has since dropped the NXT Women’s Championship to Rhea Ripley, which means that she’s now free to move to the main roster.

The Wrestling Observer is now reporting that Baszler will be on the main roster “sooner rather than later”. Many fans now believe that The Queen of Spades will be part of the Women’s Royal Rumble to set up a WrestleMania match against Becky Lynch.

Edge To Return At Royal Rumble?

Royal Rumble is now just two weeks away and it appears that all of the speculation is surrounding WWE Hall of Famer Edge. The former 11-time World Champion has reportedly signed a new deal with WWE that allows him to compete and the WWE Universe is now convinced that the Rated R Superstar will return at the Royal Rumble.

WrestleVotes is seemingly stroking the rumors with their recent Tweet since Edge himself has denied the reports a number of times.

Chelsea Green Remaining On NXT?

Chelsea Green was part of a match against Charlotte Flair a few weeks ago on RAW, but the former Impact Wrestling star hasn’t been seen on the main roster since. Instead, this past week on NXT, Green made her debut by attacking both Mia Yim and Kayden Carter, which Wrestling Observer noted means that Green will be remaining in NXT and isn’t one of the stars in line for a callup.

WWE To Offer Tyson Fury a Deal Following Deontay Wilder Match

There have been many rumors surrounding Brock Lesnar and his match at WrestleMania and since The Beast will now be entering the Royal Rumble, it’s still not clear who will be challenging for the WWE Championship at the biggest show of the year.

WrestleVotes recently claimed that Fury is expected to be handed a deal by WWE to work WrestleMania following his match with Deontay Wilder on February 22nd. The catch here is that Fury has to win the match since Vince McMahon won’t want to throw money at a guy who just lost on pay-per-view.

Possible Reason Why Rey Mysterio Lost The United States Championship

Rey Mysterio lost the United States Championship to Andrade at Madison Square Garden on Boxing Day, which was apparently supposed to lead to a match for Andrade against a top babyface, which many fans believed was Humberto Carrillo.

As for Mysterio, the Wrestling Observer is reporting that Mysterio was taken out of the United States Championship picture because he’s the long-term partner for Kevin Owens and Samoa Joe in their feud with Seth Rollins and The AOP. The Big Show is currently filling up the spot, but Meltzer revealed that Mysterio was the planned partner back in December.

Matt Hardy To Join AEW?

The most recent episode of the Wrestling Observer stated that Matt Hardy‘s contract comes to an end in March and he could be set to leave WWE. Not only that, but he could then be unveiled as the person behind The Dark Order over in AEW.

Hardy has been floating around the RAW brand over the past few weeks and while his brother Jeff Hardy is out injured, it appears that Hardy has nothing to do on WWE TV. The Dark Order could be the team that takes over AEW in the future, so this could be a fantastic opportunity for Hardy.

As ever, wrestling fans are reminded that the above are just rumors and should not be taken at face value as facts.
