<h2 class="wp-block-heading has-text-align-center">CM Punk vs Seth Rollins Plans </h2>



<p>CM Punk and Seth Rollins have been pushing for a feud for more than a year and it seems that finally the two men are set to go one-on-one for the first time in more than a decade. </p>



<p>According to <a href="http://www.pwinsider.com" target="_blank" rel="noreferrer noopener nofollow">PWInsider, </a>the plan is for Rollins and Punk to collide on RAW&#8217;s Netflix launch episode on January 6th. The report noted that this was the plan for the show to &#8220;come in nuclear hot&#8221; on their new network.</p>



<h2 class="wp-block-heading has-text-align-center">Jade Cargill Is Legitimately Injured</h2>



<p>There have been a lot of conflicting reports surrounding Jade Cargill&#8217;s health status following her attack on SmackDown last month. The Women&#8217;s Tag Team Champion is expected to be sidelined for several months, but Dave Meltzer of the <em>Wrestling Observer</em> recently confirmed that she is legitimately injured and the attack wasn&#8217;t a work.</p>



<p>The report noted that Cargill is seeing doctors and medical professionals for her injury, but even people high up in the company are being told different things about her injury and it&#8217;s unclear why. </p>



<h2 class="wp-block-heading has-text-align-center">Saturday Night&#8217;s Main Event Underwent Several Changes</h2>



<p>Drew McIntyre will take on Sami Zayn on Saturday Night&#8217;s Main Event tonight after McIntyre returned last week and attacked the OG Bloodline member. </p>



<p>PWInsider noted that this wasn&#8217;t the working plan, originally Seth Rollins was set to have one final blow-off match against Bronson Reed, but Drew McIntyre was brought back early following Reed&#8217;s injury, and his feud with Zayn was brought forward. </p>



<h2 class="wp-block-heading has-text-align-center">Ted DiBiase Pulled Out of Saturday Night&#8217;s Main Event for Health Reasons</h2>



<p>The Million Dollar Man Ted DiBiase was expected to make an appearance at Saturday Night&#8217;s Main Event tonight, with several other legends including Koko B.Ware and Jesse Ventura, but was forced to pull out of the show. </p>



<p>According to Bill Apter from <a href="https://www.sportskeeda.com/wwe/news-wwe-legend-drops-saturday-night-s-main-event-real-reason-revealed-exclusive" target="_blank" rel="noreferrer noopener nofollow">Sportskeeda,</a> DiBiase has undergone a minor surgical procedure which has forced him to miss the show but is optimistic that he could make appearances in the future.</p>



<h2 class="wp-block-heading has-text-align-center">No Major Titles Expected to Change at Saturday Night&#8217;s Main Event</h2>



<p>While the new Women&#8217;s United States Champion is expected to be crowned tonight at Saturday Night&#8217;s Main Event, it could be the only major change happening on the show. </p>



<p>According to <em>BetOnline</em>, Liv Morgan is the favorite to retain her title over Iyo Sky, whilst Gunther is expected to defeat Finn Balor and Damian Priest and Cody Rhodes is the favorite to walk out as World Champion following his match with Kevin Owens.</p>



<h2 class="wp-block-heading has-text-align-center">Roman Reigns Not Expected to Appear at Saturday Night&#8217;s Main Event Despite Being Advertised</h2>



<p>Roman Reigns is on the poster for tonight&#8217;s Saturday Night&#8217;s Main Event, but it seems that the former World Champion will not be part of the show. Last night on SmackDown Reigns was already looking forward to January&#8217;s Netflix launch episode of RAW and is no longer listed on <a href="https://www.wwe.com/shows/snme" target="_blank" rel="noreferrer noopener nofollow">WWE.com&#8217;s </a>show preview.</p>



<p>The OG Bloodline and the New Bloodline are not slated to appear on the show as it seems that Triple H wants to keep to the usual five-match card and give the two groups a rest following WarGames. </p>
