Evolution doing poorly
WWE has been putting a lot of effort into the first women’s PPV but unlike other PPVs, Evolution is already off to a bad start. Organizers are confident that the event will eventually be sold out but the ticket is being sold at a rate that is worse than most RAWs and SmackDowns which is a worrying sign for what is being touted as a one of a kind PPV.
This is down to the fact that the women’s division does not have someone with the main event stature to headline a show on their own.
A major influx from the indies expected soon
It is known that many of the indie stars are going to eventually end up in WWE. After the success of All In it is now understood that Cody Rhodes, Kenny Omega and the Young Bucks will negotiate a deal together. This way they can all get lucrative deals rather than Cody getting a great deal with the others being forced to make do with less attractive packages.
WWE’s hands are tied in this regards as they do want all four wrestlers on their roster.
Luke Harper to work in NXT
With the unexpected injury to Eric Rowan WWE has been forced to look for ways to use Harper in scenarios where he can still return to tag action when Rowan recovers. One way that WWE thinks that this can be accomplished is by having him work in NXT. This way NXT can get a boost while his main roster momentum is not lost.
Harper has already made appearances in NXT and is expected to keep doing so. This can also be used as an avenue for introducing someone from NXT to the main roster but details on that are very sketchy.
