AEW loves to pay homage to the wrestling of the past, and it seems like they are planning to bring back one of the most famous groups from the early days of professional wrestling.

The Four Horsemen were a household name back in the day, with Ric Flair, Tully Blanchard, Arn Anderson and Ole Anderson. AEW happens to employ two of these individuals, with Blanchard and Anderson serving as Shawn Spears and Cody’s coaches respectively.

Spears recently posted an image on his Twitter handle, with the sign IV, without any other explanation.

The Perfect 10 hasn’t had a perfect run in AEW, but a gimmick similar to his coach would do him wonders.

Cody and Dax Harwood happen to share a birthday, and after Harwood wished himself and Cody on Twitter, the American Nightmare shared an interesting tweet, commenting on the ‘horsepower’ of Harwood’s truck.

Harwood’s tweet also featured him and Cody doing Four Horsemen’s iconic signature sign.

AEW is known to put out a tremendous amount of factions, with the likes of Inner Circle, Elite, Dark Order, Nightmare Family, etc. being a few of the several groups in the company currently.

Although there haven’t been any official teases on AEW programming, a new-age reincarnation of the iconic stable could be a great way to get viewers and even catch the attention of some of the older fanbase.
