Alexa Bliss Was Reportedly Pulled From Summerslam Main Event

Alexa Bliss was part of the angle on SmackDown between Braun Strowman and The Fiend after it was confirmed that The Fiend was using Bliss to get into the head of The Monster Among Men ahead of their Universal Championship bout at the Biggest Party of the Summer.

Despite being part of the story leading up to SummerSlam, Bliss was a notable absence in the Falls Count Anywhere Match but The Fiend was still able to win the match and take back the title that he lost earlier in the year.

This then made way for Roman Reigns to make his return and step into a feud that will now give him a Universal Championship shot at Payback on Sunday night.

Even though the match went ahead without a hitch, it is now being reported by RingSideNews that Bliss was originally scheduled to be part of the match.

Bliss sent out a number of interesting Tweets following the show where she was asked about her whereabouts and since there were reports that the former Women’s Champion was invested in the feud, it’s easy to see why she would be annoyed that she was taken off the show the last minute.
