Andrade Denies Meeting Vince McMahon For Big Favor, Update On Dominick’s WWE Status

Andrade has been heavily featured on Monday Night RAW since returning to storylines post-WrestleMania 36. The Mexican Superstar was suspended for violating WWE’s wellness policy in January, but things are now looking good for him on the red brand.

According to Fightful, Andrade reportedly had a meeting with Vince McMahon during which he asked “what he could do to improve his position” and requested The Chairman to put him in a top spot on the WWE poster.

Surprisingly, El Idolo has squashed the said report. A report translated from Spanish to English from Super Luchas reads as follows:

“In the morning of this day, we informed them about a report by the journalist Sean Ross Sapp of Fightful, who assured that Mr. Vince McMahon had recently met with Andrade, when the Mexican allegedly went to speak to him along with his fiancee Charlotte Flair, to ask [McMahon] to put him in a top position on the company poster. However, Andrade, faithful reader of us and friend of the house, denied the news given by Ross Sapp.”

The reigning United States Champion has been in a much better position on the RAW roster in recent weeks. His heel alliance with Zelina Vega, Austin Theory, and Angel Garza has proven to be extremely profitable for all four Superstars on the whole.

Besides Andrade, another Latino Superstar who has the potential to become a top name in WWE is Dominick.

The son of high-flying legend Rey Mysterio, Dominick was consistently featured in his father’s storylines throughout last year. The young athlete is currently preparing himself for a promising career in the pro wrestling industry.

Sportskeeda‘s Tom Colohue reports that there’s no word on Dominick’s WWE debut despite his heavy involvement in Mysterio’s feuds last year.

“When it comes to Dominick, I’m not sure. There’s been so much back and forward. People were very excited to see Dominick in a wrestling ring and here we are and it still hasn’t happened. Very confusing to me that we are where we are.”
