Liv Morgan has been part of some interesting storylines on Raw throughout 2020. From crashing Lana’s wedding at the top of the year to the split of The Riott Squad and her new strange promos, Liv hasn’t really been given the chance to show off any kind of character change.
Last night on Raw, Morgan was defeated by Natalya as the latter celebrated her new alliance with Lana, before being approached by her former Tag Team partner Ruby Riott backstage.
There was a hint that Riott could have been looking to reunite with Morgan since she’s recently had a tough run on the red brand.
According to a report by The Wrestling Observer, plans for Liv Morgan have changed since Paul Heyman was removed from his position behind the scenes.
It appears that the plan could now be for The Riott Squad to reunite, but without Sarah Logan, who was fired from the company back in April.
“Whatever it was with Liv it changes that, because obviously in [Heyman’s] regimen they wanted to build Liv as a big singles star.”
Liv hasn’t been built very well as a singles star on Raw in recent months, so it could be time for her to admit defeat and return to Tag Team wrestling.
