<p>The coronavirus pandemic has dealt several blows to WWE &#8211; from WrestleMania plans to regular programming, the billion-dollar promotion has been firing on all cylinders to overcome the obstacles arising due to the pandemic but that may still not be enough to steer past the increasing hurdles.</p>



<p>The State of Florida has now issued a stay-at-home order that will go into effect on Thursday, April 2nd at midnight and last 30 days. Orange County had issued a similar order last week that will be lifted on April 9th but WWE managed to steer past the lockdown by pre-recording their weekly content and scheduling their next live taping for April 10th. However, Florida&#8217;s latest lockdown order now puts a nail in WWE&#8217;s plans for the foreseeable future.</p>

<p>WrestleVotes reports that WWE had been considering taking a break post-WrestleMania 36 if the State Of Florida indeed issued a stay-at-home order. Now that the order has been made official, it&#8217;s possible that <strong>Vince McMahon</strong> will be shutting down all operations and even refrain from airing content that has already been filmed.</p>

<p>There&#8217;s currently no word on WWE&#8217;s backup plans if they fail to film at the Performance Center and go into hibernation till the lockdown is lifted. It is to be noted that WWE&#8217;s weekly episodic streak will come to an end if the company is indeed forced to take a break following WrestleMania 36.</p>



<p>For what it&#8217;s worth, WWE will be airing WrestleMania as a two-night pre-taped event on April 4th and 5th. The mega PPV has been filmed across multiple undisclosed locations including the Performance Center without any audience in attendance.</p>
