Jay White could be on his way to WWE, according to the latest report by The Super-J Cast. The former IWGP Heavyweight Champion lost at Wrestle Kingdom 15 to Kota Ibushi and took another pin the next night on New Year’s Dash.
White cut a promo at WK 15, stating that he is done with the company, and it seems like he is being written out of the storylines.
White will become the fourth Bullet Club leader after Karl Anderson, Finn Balor and AJ Styles to join WWE.
White has won all the titles in NJPW, and just at the age of 28, he has a long career ahead of him. The New Zealand native has tremendous potential, and will easily enhance the upper-mid card or main-event scene of WWE.
The report stated that his contract expires in a month, and there is still no clarity on whether he will sign an extension.
