WWE recently put Bobby Lashley on the inactive list of superstars. Usually, WWE puts injury announcements on social media, but Lashley has been put on the shelf with an undisclosed injury.

Lashley last appeared on RAW as a participant in the All-Star Battle Royal, with the winner getting a shot at the Universal Championship. Seth Rollins eventually won the match, in which Lashley was dumped out early by his nemesis Braun Strowman. Lashley is expected to return to in-ring competition by the first week of November, according to a report by Fightful.

Another superstar on WWE’s injury list, Jeff Hardy is expected to have a November return date. Jeff Hardy has been out of action since April, where he suffered a leg injury and was sidelined for 6-9 months. Jeff’s career in WWE has been marred with several injuries and the latest is Jeff’s second major injury since his return to WWE at WrestleMania 33.

Jeff Hardy is a former WWE Champion and a Grand Slam Champion in WWE. A sure-shot Hall of Famer, Hardy was one-half of SmackDown Tag Team Champions, before he got injured after an attack by Lars Sullivan in April.

Fandango, who was out with an injury for over a year, returned to NXT this week, helping out his tag-team partner Tyler Breeze against the Forgotten Sons!

Along with Jeff Hardy and Bobby Lashley, there are several other wrestlers who are currently out due to injury or other reasons. These include Sasha Banks, Luke Harper, Lio Rush, all of whom are inactive due to personal reasons. Former WWE Champion Jinder Mahal is expected to return in 2020, while no return date is advertised for Lars Sullivan.

With WWE’s extensive roster, it is quite easy to fall behind the pecking order if you get injured. Wrestlers have to take extra care of themselves to ensure they do not suffer any freak injuries.
