In recent weeks Cedric Alexander has been the subject of a push on Monday Night Raw, but nothing has really materialized with the former Cruiserweight Champion past a few victories.
According to a report by The Wrestling Observer, this could be because Alexander is currently struggling with a minor injury, so WWE may be reluctant to lock him into a feud because they don’t know what the future holds for him.
This past Monday Night On Raw, Cedric was able to be cleared to compete against Buddy Murphy, but moving on from this it’s unknown what his current health status is.
According to a report by PWInsider, Alexa Bliss has not been cleared to make her return to the ring just yet and will have her shoulder evaluated in the next few days. Bliss was last seen at Hell in a Cell when she teamed with Nikki Cross in a losing effort against The Kabuki Warriors where they lost the Women’s Tag Team Championships. Nikki Cross has since been the subject of a push on SmackDown in Bliss’ absence.
Xavier Woods only suffered an injury a few weeks ago as part of a House Show in Australia and it appears that the former Tag Team Champion’s Achilles injury could now keep him sidelined until the summer of 2020.
Woods was ready to compete alongside Big E at Crown Jewel in a match to crown the Best Tag Team In The World, but was injured a few days prior to the event and had to be replaced by Kofi Kingston. The New Day came up short in the match since it was The OC who defeated The Viking Warriors in the final match to be crowned The Best Tag Team in the World.
Xavier Woods Tweeted the following, which shows that his thoughts are currently on out of the ring activities.
