MVP to Reportedly Run Heel Stable on WWE Raw

Over the last few months, the WWE Universe has witnessed two major heel factions on Monday Night RAW. After the initial success of Seth Rollins’ heel stable, the creative quickly formed another villainous faction with Zelina Vega in command.

A third stable is always welcome and quite interestingly, the company is on the hunt for another faction on the red brand.

According to WrestlingNews.co, the current plan is for MVP to run a heel stable on RAW.

In recent weeks, MVP has advocated for Bobby Lashley and although the latter failed to dethrone Drew McIntyre at Backlash, The All Mighty has managed to cement his spot as a credible contender for the WWE Championship. It appears that a couple more Superstars would benefit under the leadership of Mr. 305.

Further reports suggest that Cedric Alexander and Ricochet could be joining the heel faction. Both Superstars have gone missing in recent weeks, but their return could see them joining forces with MVP.

Lumbar Legacy and The One & Only previously displayed stunning chemistry in tag team matches, so it’s a no-brainer that the highly talented duo would be willing to side with the veteran wrestler.

Meanwhile, the stable is also reported to include Apollo Crews and Shelton Benjamin. This week on RAW, MVP extended a helping hand to both Crews and Benjamin which gives the notion that both Superstars could be on their way to joining the faction sooner than later.

What’s interesting is that MVP has been pushing for Benjamin being utilized more on the red brand. The report further suggests that the reigning United States Champion is set for a heel turn in the coming weeks.

It’s interesting to see how WWE is putting together a faction of color especially at a time when America has embraced the Black Lives Matter movement.
