Roman Reigns’ Opponent for WrestleMania 37 Not Decided as of Yet

Roman Reigns returned to WWE at Summerslam this year and won the Universal Championship at Payback. Rumors suggested that The Rock will return to face his cousin at WrestleMania 37. But this match is now off the tables according to multiple sources.

Dave Meltzer of the Wrestling Observer Newsletter says that “as of right now, in December, there is no name on the books” regarding Roman’s WrestleMania opponents.

Drew McIntyre and Goldberg are two of the biggest names, right now, who could realistically face Reigns next year.

The Scottish Psychopath cut a promo against Roman after his Survivor Series loss. On the other hand, Goldberg recently revealed that he is coming for Reigns.

The Big Dog is currently scheduled to face Kevin Owens at TLC this month. Daniel Bryan is likely to face him at Royal Rumble 2021 but anything after this pay-per-view hasn’t been confirmed.
