The Messiah Seth Rollins is all set to make his much-awaited return to WWE. The 2019 winner of the Rumble will return at this year’s edition of the event, according to Dave Meltzer of Wrestling Observer Newsletter.
It was noted that Rollins was set to return on Smackdown a few weeks ago, but the plans changed. It possibly happened to keep his return as a surprise for the Rumble, which has a lot of open spots currently, leaving room for several returns or debuts.
Rollins ‘sacrificed’ himself at Survivor Series, and has been out of action since. He became a father last month when Becky Lynch gave birth to their daughter.
With Wrestlemania fast approaching, WWE would want their top star to be in a prominent role.
