Triple H’s In-Ring Return on Last Week’s Monday Night Raw is Reportedly a One Time Deal

Two weeks ago, Triple H returned to WWE and stepped in for Drew McIntyre. The WWE Champion was scheduled to face Randy Orton in a one-on-one match, but he caught COVID-19 and WWE had to write him off the television. The Game accepted Orton’s challenge to a wrestling match on Raw.

The two began to fight at the show’s main event. Fans even saw a flaming sledgehammer during the show, but then the lights went out and Alexa Bliss appeared. She threw a fireball on Orton’s face, resulting in first-degree burns.

According to CageSideSeats, Triple H’s Raw return was a one-off affair and the COO of WWE isn’t expected to make more appearances anytime soon.

“Triple H’s recent return and match on Raw isn’t expected to lead to anything more and he’s back on the sidelines indefinitely.”

It’s been a while since The King of Kings wrestled at a pay-per-view. He missed last year’s WrestleMania and there doesn’t seem to be any plans for him to wrestle this year as well.
