Vince McMahon Furious With Seth Rollins For Addressing CM Punk Chants, Dominic Could Debut At Royal Rumble 2020

Seth Rollins Could Be In The Doghouse With Vince McMahon

Seth Rollins turned heel this week on Monday Night RAW after failing to score a victory for his brand at Survivor Series.

Rollins opened RAW with a promo as the rest of the locker room encircled the ring. Standing in the middle of the squared circle, The Beastslayer belittled his co-workers and pointed out the Superstars who let the red brand down on Sunday night. Fans began chanting “CM Punk” and Rollins responded right away.

“I tried to get CM Punk here, I’m sorry, he didn’t want to show up. He wants to sit behind a desk in Los Angeles and talk about a change he’s too afraid to make himself.”

On Wrestling Observer Radio, Dave Meltzer reported that Vince McMahon is “furious” that Rollins addressed the Punk chants on RAW, noting that it wasn’t a scripted dialogue but one ad-libbed by the former Universal Champion.

WWE’s newest top heel could already be in deep waters for going off-script on RAW. Only time will reveal what the company has in store for Rollins from hereon.

Dominic To Debut At Royal Rumble 2020?

For the last several months, WWE has been featuring Rey Mysterio‘s son Dominic in multiple storylines to gauge fan reaction and the trial period could be nearing an end now that the young Mexican has gotten somewhat familiar with how things work in the company.

Brad Shepard reports that Dominic could be making his grand debut at the Royal Rumble pay-per-view in January.

The 30-Man Royal Rumble match would be ideal for Dominic’s debut as it would provide him with plenty of opportunities to shine over a substantial period of time.

Earlier this month, Lance Storm announced that he would be returning to WWE as a backstage producer once his Storm Wrestling Academy closes at the end of this year.
