It was reported earlier this week that WWE didn’t have a full card prepared for TLC: Tables, Ladders, and Chairs on December 20th.
It appears that at present the company is pushing forward with some plans that are working week to week instead of long-term ones that will pay off in a month’s time.
There was once a time when WrestleMania and the Royal Rumble winner would be planned out months in advance but it appears that WWE has now changed up their whole system.
According to a report by RingSideNews, Vince McMahon only has “loose ideas” for several top stars at next year’s showcase.
This means that rumored matches like Ronda Rousey vs Becky Lynch or Edge vs Randy Orton are just rumored matches at present since the WWE Chairman is yet to officially lock anything in.
With The Road To WrestleMania beginning in just over a month’s time, it will be interesting to see who WWE decides to push following the Royal Rumble and moving into WrestleMania.
There has also been talk of moving WrestleMania 37 to a later date since the company is currently planning for the show to take place in March for the first time in five years.
