WWE Could Move Raw and SmackDown to The Capitol Wrestling Center in December

WWE has made a home inside The ThunderDome over the past few months and have found an innovative way of including the WWE Universe in the product.

That being said, time is running out for WWE inside The Amway Center since their lease runs out on November 25th and they have to be out of the venue by December 5th and at present no new venue has been announced.

This is because Orlando Magic needs their home court back and WWE needs some time to take down the ThunderDome and put the venue back the way that they found it.

There were rumors that the company could be looking for a venue in the St. Petersburg area with Tropicana Fields being one of the venues that were noted, but it appears that the company also has a backup plan.

According to a report from Ringsidenews, WWE could fall back on the Capitol Wrestling Center which is currently the home of NXT and 205 Live. It appears that the company is only looking to stay in the venue for a short period of time which could be around a week.

The site noted that their source believes that: “If it’s more than one week, I’d be very surprised.”
