WWE presented the first night of the WWE Draft on Friday night where it was revealed that Becky Lynch and Roman Reigns were the first draft picks for Raw and SmackDown with Lynch becoming the first female draft pick in history.

Despite the fact that WWE presented the ideas of draft picks as on the minute selections, it was obvious that these picks had been known for a long time since the company released the list online earlier in the day.

Not only did WWE release the list online, but it turned out that this was the exact order that all of the stars were drafted in later in the night. The WWE Universe took to Social Media to talk about the fact that WWE had once again botched one of the biggest night’s of the year before it was revealed that this was actually a legitimate botch.

According to The Wrestling Observer, the lists were sent to their web team with a note that they had to alphabetize them, but they missed the note and the lists were uploaded the way they were sent over, which incredibly was the order that all of the picks were chosen in.

Luckily, the same thing didn’t happen last night on Raw, but it appears that SmackDown has had nothing but problems since their move over to The FOX Network, with the Network getting the names of their stars wrong and now the draft picks were leaked ahead of the show as well.

This move was thought to have been the biggest in WWE history, but ever since the company made the move over to FOX their Blue Brand has been stacked with issues. It will be interesting to see if the constant input from FOX continues or if WWE decides that it’s much easier and the show flows much better without it.
