WWE has moved the date of their yearly October PPV, Hell in a Cell, from November 1 to October 25, according to Dave Meltzer of Wrestling Observer Newsletter.
Hell in a Cell is one of the last four PPVs along with Clash of Champions, Survivor Series, and TLC, remaining for this calendar year, and the decision to prepone the event could be a strategic one.
WWE has rented the Amway Center in Orlando, Florida as the venue for their Thunderdome and the deal for the arena expires on October 30th.
WWE could be trying to sneak in one more PPV event at the venue before they move out to a different venue.
WWE’s next PPV offering, Clash of Champions, will air on the 27th of this month from the Thunderdome, which will be the third event from the state-of-the-art offering from the company after SummerSlam and Payback.
