WWE Injury Update: Angel Garza to Be Healed in a Few Weeks, No Surgery Required

Angel Garza suffered an injury during Clash of Champions when he teamed up with Andrade to take on Street Profits for the RAW Tag Team Championships. The match had to be ended early due to his injury.

According to Wrestling Observer Newsletter, the injury is not as bad as it was initially believed to be. Garza had a slight tear in his quad and should be healed in a few weeks. There won’t be any surgery required for the former Cruiserweight Champion.

Garza’s injury wasn’t as bad as he had feared. He suffered a slight tear of the quad, but it’s an injury that heals pretty quickly and doesn’t need surgery. He’s only expected to be out of action for another week or two

Garza and Andrade had a decent run in the Tag-Team Division for several months but could never win the championships.

WWE confirmed that Andrade and Garza are no longer a tag-team, which would mean a fresh start for both the stars in the singles division.
