<p>It was reported that Braun Strowman was supposed to face Drew McIntyre for the WWE Championship at Tables, Ladders, and Chairs (TLC). However, those plans were nixed after Strowman suffered an injury and was taken out of WWE TV with a storyline suspension.</p>



<p>This week on Monday Night Raw, Riddle, Keith Lee, and AJ Styles battled each other to determine McIntyre&#8217;s next challenger. <a href="https://api.wrestlingworld.co/news/wwe-raw-aj-styles-wins-the-right-to-face-drew-mcintyre-at-tlc-2020/" target="_blank" rel="noreferrer noopener">Styles ended up winning the match</a> and he will now face The Scottish Psychopath at TLC next month.</p>



<p>On the recent episode of Wrestling Observer Live, Dave Meltzer <a href="https://f4wonline.com/" target="_blank" rel="noreferrer noopener nofollow">talked about how Strowman injured himself</a> and if he would be away for long.</p>

In fact, you can see him fall right on Braun Strowman’s left leg and Braun grabs his knee and away you go.”</p></blockquote>

<p>Meltzer also said that Strowman is likely to avoid surgery and that he would be able to return soon to action.</p>

I didn’t hear anything about surgery, just that they are rehabbing it. Presumably, he won’t be out that long but I guess we’ll see.”</p></blockquote>
