WWE’s Future Plans for Undisputed Era Reportedly Revealed

There have been a lot of rumors surrounding Undisputed Era over the past few months. The most prominent came a few weeks ago when it was believed that Adam Cole would be promoted to the main roster without his three teammates.

This could still be the case, but it appears that Cole is staying on NXT for the time being and according to a report by Mike Johnson of PWInsider, he is in the midst of a babyface turn.

“Adam Cole wrestling Austin Theory tonight is indeed the beginning of Cole being shifted into a babyface role for the brand. WWE began slowly teasing it after his loss to Finn Balor.”

Johnson went on to note that the same is also true for Kyle O’Reilly who challenges for the NXT Championship this weekend at Takeover 31.

Interestingly, Bobby Fish and Roderick Strong are not expected to follow suit. Instead, they are set to remain heel, which could definitely add a sort of new dynamic to the group.

“The rest of Undisputed Era, Roderick Strong, and Bobby Fish are not slated to follow, so it will be interesting to see where WWE NXT goes with the faction and how they will be presented going forward”.
