The Revival Could Defend Against Unlikely Tag Team

Scott Dawson and Dash Wilder successfully defended their Raw Tag Team Championships this week against Aleister Black and Ricochet, but The Revival still don’t have a match at WrestleMania.

Black and Ricochet could become NXT Tag Team Champions on Friday night at Takeover when they take on War Raiders, which could be why The Revival are expected to defend their Championships against the team of Curt Hawkins and Zack Ryder instead.

Many of the WWE Universe were confused about the fact that Hawkins wasn’t involved in the Andre The Giant Memorial Battle Royal, since a win would have been the perfect ending to his 269 match losing streak but this could be an even better way for Hawkins to end his woes.

Following their victory on Monday Night Raw, The Revival ran into Hawkins and Ryder backstage and the seeds were planted for a Raw Tag Team Championship match in the near future. WrestleMania would be the perfect place for Hawkins to become a Champion and end that famous losing streak.

Rhyno’s WWE Career Set To Come To An End Later This Year?

Rhyno is a veteran of the wrestling business but he hasn’t been used effectively on WWE TV since he was a SmackDown Tag Team Champion alongside Heath Slater.

Rhyno is listed as a member of Andre The Giant Memorial Battle Royal this weekend at WrestleMania and appeared on Raw this past week, but in a recent interview with Press & Guide, The Man Beast confirmed that his contract expires in July and there isn’t another deal in place at present.

“I love working with WWE. They’re great. But I might have to go somewhere else. I don’t know yet,” he said via Ringsidenews.

Rhyno also revealed that he wanted to wrestle for another eight years, but as stated above, he may have to work elsewhere.
